Sightseeings Rab

     The four bell towers - The four Romanesque bell towers have become somewhat of a trademark of the entire island of Rab. They are located in the historical nucleus of the town, and one can reach each of the towers by strolling through the steep and narrow stone streets since they are fairly close to one another. One can climb atop two of the towers and enjoy the view of the horizon.

     Komrcar Park – Komrcar Park is located near the historical nucleus of the town. While strolling through town it is always nice to escape the summer heat by sitting in the shade on one of the park benches. In the park you can smell bay leaves combined with the scent of pine trees making you feel as if you are far away from the city when in fact the town of Rab is closer than you think.

     Lopar - Lopar is a small town known for its long sandy beach popularly known as Rajska plaza (Heavenly Beach). At the same time Lopar has preserved a traditional way of life and visiting Lopar provides the best example of how people once lived. The northeastern part of the town gives way to a beautiful view of the neighboring islands of Grgur and Goli.

     Dundo-Palit forest - There is a protected evergreen oak forest on the Kalifront peninsula where you can see up to fifty evergreen oak trees, which is quite rare on the Adriatic. Aside from the oak trees, you will also see coniferous trees such as alpine evergreen, spruce, wild rose and many others. Many say that Dundo forest is one of the most beautiful evergreen oak forests on the Mediterranean.
